Who we are

Irving Raynor
has over 40 years experience in the hospitality industry, working as
a chef, bartender/mixologist and bar & restaurant manager in
Bermuda, as well as in Montreal, Quebec. Irving is currently
the Dining Room Instructor for the Hospitality Division at the
Bermuda College, and is also the instructor of the Bar-Train, a
bartending course, which he founded in 1998.
Kali Galloway-Winchell
has worked in the food and beverage industry for 10 years, both as a
bartender in numerous island establishments and in wholesale wines
and spirits. Kali brings a keen knowledge of food and wine
pairing and holds an Associate Wine Steward certificate from the
Federation of Dining Room Professionals. She is currently
working towards her Master of Sommelier degree.
